All product is shipped from either our Canmore Alberta or Scotch Creek BC Locations || Please allow 1-2 days for items to leave our facility || Once shipping company has confirmed pick up || We're super stoked to pass on your tracking number.

If you are returning/ shipping an item over $60 || Using a trackable and or insurance service is recommended ||  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 



All sale || Clearance or Discounted items are final sale || We do not offer refunds on any sale items unless deemed faulty.



Any full priced items returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery are eligible for refund on faulty items || Items must be in a new || Unwashed and unused condition || With tags attached and original packaging || Please Note :If a refund of monies is to be issued we only deposit back to original CARD used to process order ||  Please fill in the details of the return and include this slip with your items || Send return to:

Return postage and handling charges are at your own expense || A refund will be issued in the form of original CARD used to process order ONLY minus original shipping fees || We will process your refund and you will be notified by email once it has been finalized.



We cannot currently offer exchanges || If you would like a different size or colour, you will need to make a new order. (See above for our returns policy)



We can offer a full refund within 30 days on full priced or sale items if they are deemed faulty by our customer service team || We will reimburse return postage in this instance || If returned items do not fit the returns criteria (In a new, Unwashed, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging) we reserve the right to deny the request for a refund.(Please send photos of faulty item/s) Before return as to discuss options. All shipping fees are calculated at check out.(please note - it can take up to 28 days).

USA & International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined by your local government. Duties and customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order (if applicable). If your order is refused upon delivery || It will not be returned to Raven HQ and no refund will be issued.
